Caridad Galindo Rueda was born in Murcia (Spain). She obtained the Higher Diploma of piano, Chamber Music and Accompaning at the Royal Conservatories of Murcia, Brussels and Antwerpen with the highest results. She studies with Antonio Narejos, J.J.Pérez Torrecillas, Patricia Montero and Maria Curcio, guest teacher at the Royal Academy of London and student of legendary pianist Arthur Schnabel, and who played an influential role in her artistic development. She also took part in piano courses given by Jean-Philippe Collard, Joaquín Achúcarro, Germaine Mounier, Alexei Lubinov, Alan Weiss, Esteban Sánchez,  Gyorgy Sandor, Murray Perahia and Alicia de Larrocha. She takes interest in studying the classical repertoire, having lessons in pianoforte with Jean Pierre Bacq and Jan Vermeulen.

Caridad Galindo won several competitions and has received several scholarships from the Belgian an Spanish Gouvernement, the prestigious « Escuela Reina Sofia » in Madrid and the Seneca Fondation.

As soloist she performed with severals orchestras (Orquesta Sinfónica de Murcia, Orchestre de Chambre de Wallonie..) playing concertos of Mozart, Beethoven, Prokofiev, de Falla and Bach., and  playing recitals throughout Spain, Belgium, France, Italy, Austria, Turkey and Mexico. Spanish and Latins American composers take a special place in her repertory. From 1996 she form a duo with violonist Wibert Aerts, and also with Marianne Rubenstein in piano duo.

She has played in international festivals such as « Festival Musique3 »,  « Klara Festival », « Festival Eté Mosan », the « Festival van Vlaanderen »,  « Festival Mozart », the Pact Festival (supported by Martha Argerich), « Festival de las Culturas » (Granada), and Pianofolia, taking part between the greatest pianist of Belgium. She has recorded for RNA (Spanish National Radio), RTBF and Klara (Belgium Radio). She was also invited regularly as piano accompanist by the International Summer Courses in Libramont, and as piano teacher in « Encuentros Musicales de Cieza », where she is now artistic director. Nowadays she is  piano teacher and accompanist at the  Brussels Conservatory of Music school and in the Music Schools of Woluwé-Saint-Lambert en Institut Dalcroze (Belgium).
